This Privacy Policy applies to your use of our Site and our App. References to "our Site" include our App unless stated otherwise. Our Site may contain links to other websites. What data we collect

Payments

Online card payments made through our Site or App are processed securely by Stripe, a third-party payment provider. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure systems. We do not collect, receive or store your full card number or security code. We receive only a payment confirmation and the information needed to fulfil your order. Stripe's use of your data is governed by its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/gb/privacy.

How we use your data

1. All personal data is processed and stored securely, for no longer than is necessary for the reason(s) it was first collected. We will comply with our obligations and safeguard your rights under the UK GDPR at all times.
2. Our use of your personal data will always have a lawful basis: because it is necessary to perform a contract with you (e.g. when you place an order), because you have consented (e.g. by subscribing to SMS and emails), or because it is in our legitimate interests. Specifically, we may use your data to:
   1. provide and manage your access to our Site;
   2. personalise and tailor your experience on our Site;
   3. supply our goods and services to you, including preparing and delivering your order (we need your personal data to enter into a contract with you);
   4. reply to your enquiries;

   7. process payments for your orders via Stripe.

How we store your data

1. We only keep your personal data for as long as we need it for the purposes described in section 7, and/or for as long as we have your permission to keep it.
2. Data security is very important to us. We use suitable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to safeguard data collected through our Site. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Do we share your data?

1. We share your data with EatAndRepeat as the provider of our Site and App.
2. We may contract with third parties to supply goods and services to you on our behalf, including Stripe as our payment processor, delivery partners and hosting providers. Where they need access to your data, we take all reasonable steps to make sure it is handled safely, securely and lawfully. Payment data shared with Stripe is limited to what is needed to complete your transaction.
3. We may compile anonymised statistics about the use of our Site (traffic, usage patterns, sales). These will not identify you and may be shared with partners within the bounds of the law.
4. Some of our data processors may be located outside the UK. Where we transfer personal data outside the UK, we will make sure appropriate safeguards are in place so your data is protected to UK standards.
5. We may be legally required to share certain data, for example in legal proceedings or to comply with a court order or governmental authority.

If our business changes hands

If all or part of our business is sold or transferred, any relevant personal data will be transferred with it. The new owner will only be permitted to use that data for the same purposes for which we originally collected it.
